Mimas wasn’t started from a business plan written on a whiteboard. It was built by someone who actually ran cleaning jobs, dealt with the real friction of the work, and saw first-hand what goes wrong when reliability, communication, and accountability aren’t built into the process from day one.

Our cleaners are independent contractors — experienced professionals who work independently and bring their own supplies. What we provide is the vetting, the scheduling, the documentation standard, and the accountability layer on top of their work.

How do you vet your cleaners?

Every cleaner goes through a written application, a structured phone screen, and a background check before they are ever assigned a job. We also require references and proof of prior cleaning experience. No one skips any of these steps.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

On recurring bookings, yes — we assign the same cleaner to your home consistently whenever possible. Consistency is one of the things clients tell us matters most, and we build our scheduling around it.

What if I’m not happy with the result?

Contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We review the before and after photos, collect your feedback directly, and address it with the cleaner. If the issue is ours, we make it right — no runaround.

Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes — all cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the cleaner. If you prefer eco-friendly or specific products, let us know at booking and we will accommodate the request.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Most clients provide access instructions and are not home. Your cleaner will send check-in texts throughout the job and photo documentation when the clean is complete so you always know what happened.

Why do new clients have to start with a Deep Clean?

Every home has a different baseline condition. A Deep Clean sets a documented starting point that all future recurring cleans maintain. Skipping it produces inconsistent results — and inconsistency is the thing we built this company specifically to avoid.
