For best results, yes. Vacant properties allow complete access to floors, baseboards, cabinet interiors, and corners that furniture blocks. We can still work in furnished spaces but some areas may be limited.
Inside all cabinets and drawers, interior window glass, blinds fully wiped, and wall spot cleaning are all included in Move-In/Out as standard. On a Deep Clean, these are add-ons or not offered at all.
